Tim Packer Collector's Club Weekly Print Giveaway Rules
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province, state, or country of residence at the time of entry and who are active members of the Tim Packer Collector's Club email list.
The giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
Geographic Restrictions
Collector's Club membership is open worldwide.
Free prize shipping is available to winners residing in Canada and the continental United States.
International winners are eligible to participate but may be required to pay shipping costs exceeding Tim Packer Fine Arts' standard North American shipping allowance.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Joining the Tim Packer Collector's Club and remaining an active email subscriber constitutes entry into the weekly giveaway.
Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Prize Description and Value
Each week, Tim will award one archival giclée print.
The approximate retail value of each prize will vary depending on the featured print but is generally between approximately $95-$195 CAD.
Prize values are expressed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Frequency of Draws
One winner will be selected each week from eligible Collector's Club members.
Tim Packer Fine Arts reserves the right to modify the draw schedule or frequency at any time.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received at the time of each draw.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible active Collector's Club members.
Tim Packer Fine Arts' decisions regarding all matters relating to the giveaway are final.
Canadian Skill-Testing Question
In accordance with Canadian law, Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared an official winner.
Winner Notification and Claim Period
Potential winners will be notified using the email address associated with their Collector's Club membership.
Winners must respond and claim their prize within 7 days of notification.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the claim period, declines the prize, or fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, Tim Packer Fine Arts reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Alternate Winner Selection
If a prize is forfeited or remains unclaimed, Tim Packer Fine Arts may conduct an additional random draw to select an alternate winner.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Collector's Club and giveaways will be used solely for administering the giveaway, communicating with members, and delivering Collector's Club communications in accordance with Tim Packer Fine Arts' privacy policy.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for fulfillment and delivery of prizes or as required by law.
Email Communications
By joining the Tim Packer Collector's Club, participants consent to receive email communications from Tim Packer Fine Arts.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
Unsubscribing from Collector's Club emails will remove the participant from future giveaway eligibility unless they subsequently rejoin.
Public Announcement of Winners
By accepting a prize, winners grant Tim Packer Fine Arts permission to publish their first name, last initial, and city, province, state, or country of residence for winner announcement and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Any additional testimonials, photographs, or promotional materials involving the winner will require separate consent.
Shipping and Delivery
Tim Packer Fine Arts is responsible for shipping costs for winners located in Canada and the continental United States.
International winners may be responsible for additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, or local taxes imposed by their country or jurisdiction.
Tim Packer Fine Arts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, or events beyond the Sponsor's control.
Prize Substitution
Tim Packer Fine Arts reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation
Tim Packer Fine Arts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway or these rules at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control interfere with the proper administration of the giveaway.
Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these rules and to all decisions of Tim Packer Fine Arts, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Governing Law
The giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Void Where Prohibited
The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
